It contains Purslane, as well as water-soluble Niacin (which the body does not store), 5-HTP and Vitamins B12 and B6, which contribute to the normal, healthy functioning of the nervous system, necessary to enhance the quality of your beauty sleep.

HOW TO USE

Take two GOOD NIGHT capsules a day with water 45 minutes to an hour before you go to bed. The DR. BARBARA STURM INSIDE supplements can be taken all together or individually.
