New YorkRoutine

Known as ‘the city that never sleeps’ a New York skincare regimen should include thorough cleansing, intensive hydration and skin strengthening for both the day and night. This routine includes the building blocks for a healthy, fresh and radiant complexion and essential overnight care.

Step 1

Shake before use. Pump a little foam into your hand and smooth over your face using circular movements. Then rinse off thoroughly with lukewarm water.

Step 2

Smooth over the face, neck and décolleté in circular movements, then rinse off thoroughly with lukewarm water. Apply once or twice a week, after cleansing.

Step 3

Apply a few drops of the serum evenly to your face, eye area and neck before gently patting it in. Allow full absorption before following with Dr. Barbara Sturm's ANTI-POLLUTION DROPS.

In the evening, apply a pipette length to the palm of your hand and spread over your face. When the NIGHT SERUM is absorbed, apply Dr. Barbara Sturm's FACE CREAM. The serum is suitable for all skin types.

Step 5

Use after cleansing the skin and applying serum. Apply gently to the face, neck and décolleté as well as to delicate skin around the eyes.

Step 6

Using the pipette, trickle the formula directly onto your scalp (on dry or wet hair) and massage in gently. Allow time for the serum to absorb. For best results we recommend using the SCALP SERUM in the evening to optimize scalp health. The SCALP SERUM contains caffeine. For use during pregnancy, please consult your doctor.
