Last week saw the return of two of the fashion industries most prestigious and anticipated events of the year, the Met Gala, and New York Fashion Week. Team Sturm was incredibly proud to have worked with some of the high profile attendees to prepare their skin for these iconic events and leave them with the #SturmGlow. At The Met
Known as fashion’s “Biggest Night Out,” the Met Gala is a fundraising event for the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City and attendees include some of the world’s fashion industry icons - from actors to models, makeup artists and designers. This year, Dr. Barbara Sturm’s #TeamSturm together with Ivan Pol (aka @thebeautysandwich) prepped the skin of countless A-listers including Zoe Kravitz, Kate Hudson, Karlie Kloss, Dixie D‘Amelio and Yara Shahidi, leaving them with radiant, makeup-ready complexions. #TeamSturm were also the official skincare partner for the LaQuan Smith Met After-Party, with many attendees all benefitting from the #SturmGlow.

During NYFW, Dr. Barbara Sturm was the official skincare sponsor for both the Altuzarra show and the LaQuan Smith show at the Empire State Building. MUAs used Dr. Sturm products exclusively to prep models skin and give them the perfect base for makeup application - and raved about Dr. Sturm’s SUPER ANTI-AGING EYE CREAM for its rejuvenating, smoothing and plumping effects. Team Sturm also partnered with The Beauty Sandwich on a pop-up spa to host NYFW attendees and models, including Hilary Rhoda, Lindsey Wixson, Theo Turner, Okdeon, Nina Agdal, Emmy Rappe, Jennifer Yepez, Aweng Chuol, Delanique, Leomie Anderson and Emily Cheng - to name a few. The treatment included elements of the sought-after #SturmGlow facial, which incorporates techniques created in Dr. Sturm’s German clinic to leave the complexion fresh and dewy.
