1 - Shipping
We ship throughout the United Kingdom territory. Unfortunately, we don’t ship to P.O. Boxes, Military Bases, General Delivery nor to the excluded following regions and territories: Anguilla, Ascension Island, Bermuda, British Indian Ocean Territory, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Falkland Islands, Gibraltar, Man, Guernsey and Jersey and other channel islands, Montserrat, Northern Ireland, Pitcairn Islands, Saint Helena, South Georgia & Sandwich, Tristan da Cunha, Turks, Wright and Caicos Islands.
Orders made to any of these addresses will be canceled. Note that the below timeframes assume that the weekdays listed are not public holidays. Where the order, and/or delivery date is a public holiday, delivery times will be extended.

Order will be shipped within 3-5 business days.
All purchases are insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit from the warehouse to your shipping address. Once your package has been delivered and signed for at your specified address, it is no longer covered. To ensure that your purchases arrive safely and in perfect condition, we require a signature as proof of delivery.
2 - Returns
We hope you are delighted with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we would like to help with your return.
Returns must be made within thirty (30) days of receipt of the Product.
All returned Product(s) must be in their original packaging, in perfect condition, unused, unopened and accompanied by all the accessories and documents provided with them (notice, warranty, certificate of authenticity, etc.) and a copy of the delivery slip enclosed with the delivered Product(s). Any personalized or altered products, or products that are returned damaged, used, incomplete, will not be refunded and will only be returned to you at your request and expense. If your return does not comply with the above terms and conditions, Puig UK will be unable to reimburse you for the cost of the Product(s).
To begin a return, contact Customer Service at [email protected]. Our Customer Service team is available 7 days a week; Monday to Friday from 9AM to 9PM BST/GMT and Weekends from 11.30AM to 9PM GMT/BST.
You will be refunded to the original form of payment within fourteen (14) days of receipt of your returned product(s).
