ANTI-INFLAMMATORY GREEN GODDESS SALAD

By TEAM STURM

3rd Sep 2024

Getting inflammation under control is essential for body and skin health and is defined by getting enough sleep, avoiding environmental aggressors and eating a healthy, balanced diet. Diet is key in controlling and reducing inflammation - and including easy meals packed with leafy greens, nuts, and lemon (like this delicious salad) will help keep your skin glowing, hydrated and nourished from the inside-out. This Green Goddess Salad, first created by Melissa Ben-Ishay of Baked by Melissa, is packed full of antioxidants like lemon and spinach, healthy fats like cashews and walnuts, and green cabbage, which keeps your gut healthy and helps it digest foods more easily. It’s a wonderful addition to any summer table spread and 100% Dr. Barbara Sturm-approved to keep you and your skin healthy.
